Mobile Wallet (MW) Accounts

All Jcash retail agents allow for the free-of-charge (FOC) opening of Mobile Wallet Accounts for any valid CNIC holder of Pakistan. It allows your mobile number to become your actual Mobile Wallet Account Numbers, therefore allowing you to easily remember it, carry it with yourself at all times, and perform, and keep track of your transaction activities at any time.

There are two types of Mobile Wallet (MW) accounts that can easily be opened, at any of Jcash Agent locations throughout Pakistan, namely:

1. Opening of Mobile Wallet (MW) – Level 0 Account

Level 0 – Mobile Wallet Account Opening
1. Customer visits a Jcash Retail Agent to open a MW Level 0 Account
2. Customer provides their Original CNIC to the Jcash Agent, who then starts the account opening process, by:
a. Capturing the customer’ CNIC and Mobile Number
b. Capturing the digital image of the customer’s CINC
c. Capturing the digital photograph of the customer
d. Capturing the digital image of the signed-off Level 0 MW Account Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the customer’s signature
3. Upon the completion of the MW account registration, the customer will receive an SMS alert confirming their enrollment

2. Opening of Mobile Wallet (MW) – Level 1 Account

Level 1 – Mobile Wallet Account Opening
1. Customer visits a Jcash Retail Agent to open a MW Level 1 Account
2. Customer provides their Original CNIC to the Jcash Agent, who then starts the account opening process, by:
a. Providing a 1-page MW Level 1 Account Opening Form, for the customer to fill, complete and sign-off on the relevant Terms and Conditions
b. Capturing the customer’ CNIC and Mobile Number
c. Capturing the digital image of the customer’s CINC
d. Capturing the digital photograph of the customer
e. Capturing the digital image of the signed-off Level 1 MW Account Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the customer’s signature
3. Upon the completion of the MW account registration, the customer will receive an SMS alert confirming their enrollment
4. Once the customer’ details are validated and the account activated, an SMS is send to the customer as a reference for the same
5. Additionally, once the MW is activated from our back-office operations, the customer would receive a system generated call, where they would be asked to generate a secret 4-digit M-Pin for use in authenticating all MW based transactions in the future
6. The customer would be provided three chances to generate their M-Pin, however, if the customer misses the 3 time-spaced calls from the system, they always have the option of calling the Jcash call center (0800-78900) and request for a regeneration of the same
