MW-OTC: Mobile Phone Payments

Jcash Mobile Wallet (MW) account holders can use any Jcash retail agent location for an ‘agent-assisted’ transaction to either Top-up or pay their monthly mobile phone bills. The currently supported Telcos are listed below:

Mobilink – Pre Paid and Post Paid
Telenor – Pre Paid and Post Paid
Ufone – Pre Paid and Post Paid
Zong – Pre Paid and Post Paid
Warid – Pre Paid and Post Paid

There is no fee for this transaction

Process

Jcash MW customers are required to follow the following process:

1. Inform the Jcash agent about the mobile number to top-up or pay the bill for
2. Provide the Mobile Number (Mobile Wallet Account Number) for funding the bill payment transaction
3. Retail Agent creates the transaction and completes
4. The Jcash MW account holder receives a confirmation call for this transaction, and provides his 4-digit PIN for validation
5. If the PIN is valid, the transaction is completed and confirmation messages are sent to both the agent (within the app), and the sender Jcash MW account holder (through SMS)
