1. This promotion is only applicable from January to March 2024.
2. Customers who receive Remittance payout from any JS Bank branch during the campaign period are eligible for the lucky draw.
3. Prizes will be distributed at the conclusion of each month.
4. Winners will be contacted via phone call from JS Bank representatives based on the contact details available in JS Bank records. It is essential for customers to provide accurate contact information during transactions and keep their phone numbers active.
5. If there is no contact with the winner(s), the prize will be forfeited.
6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable. In case of prize unavailability, the bank management’s decision will be final.
7. Once a customer has won a prize, they cannot participate in subsequent lucky draws during this campaign.
8. All customers who received Home Remittances during the campaign period and did not win any prize in earlier draws will be included in the lucky draw for the bumper prize.
9. The prize will be handed over to the customer after NADRA verification. Upon receiving the prize from the branch, the customer must provide written confirmation by signing the receipt available at the branch.
10. JS Bank is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by the customer resulting from the use of the products offered in the promotion.
11. It is at the bank’s discretion only to revise, amend, or discontinue the campaign at any time and may do so without prior intimation.
12. The prizes do not include product/merchant/manufacturer warranties, and JS Bank will not be responsible for providing or arranging product warranties.
13. Existing customers of JS Bank are also eligible for this campaign.
14. The bank’s decision will be final and binding in every respect.
