Terms & Conditions

• The campaign is valid from March 01, 2026 till May 31, 2026.
• Cashback will be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as per the prevailing exchange rate at the end of the campaign period, based on the spending criteria.
• This offer is valid ONLY for those JS Credit Cardholders who have been notified of this campaign via SMS and/or electronic direct mailer.
• All international transactions (POS, e-commerce, and ATM cash withdrawals) posted during the campaign period will be considered.
• Disputed and reversed transactions will not be considered.
• The total cashback amount is capped for each spend category and distributed across different tiers in relation to the minimum qualification target communicated to each target group.
• Cashback will be awarded on the complete cross-border spend amount, subject to segment-wise cashback caps, during the campaign period, upon meeting the minimum spend threshold for the designated spend category for the specific tier communicated via SMS and/or electronic direct mailer.
• Winners will be finalized within 30 days from the end of the offer period.
• In case of any reversals of eligible transactions, the Bank reserves the right to claw back the full cashback amount awarded to the customer based on those reversed transactions.
• It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that their personal details (e.g., name, CNIC, mobile number, etc.) provided to the Bank are correct and up to date.
• The Bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, add, modify, vary, cancel, and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to the cardholder and without any liability whatsoever on its part.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify a cardholder from this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• These terms and conditions supplement, and do not replace, the Bank’s Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
