- Automated Entry Allocation: Entries are generated automatically based on transaction volume:
- Receiving USD 100 to USD 149 earns 1 digital entry.
- Each additional USD 100 earns an additional entry (e.g., USD 200 = 2 entries, USD 300 = 3 entries), with no upper limit.
- Quarterly Digital Draws: Conducted through a secure, auditable, fully digital process managed by 1LINK on the 15th day following the end of each quarter (e.g., first draw on January 15, 2027).
Direct Credit to Beneficiaries: Cash prizes are disbursed directly by SBP into the winners’ non-repatriable PKR bank/wallet accounts by the 21st day of the draw month.
- Target Audience: Applies to remittance beneficiaries in Pakistan receiving funds in bank accounts, branchless banking digital wallets, or microfinance bank accounts.
- Channel Requirement: Only remittances credited directly into bank or wallet accounts qualify; cash collected over-the-counter (OTC) is excluded.
- 3-Month Consistency Rule: A beneficiary must receive at least USD 100 (or equivalent) in each of the 3 consecutive months of a quarter. Missing any single month disqualifies the beneficiary for that quarter’s draw.
- Transaction Exclusion: Standard home remittance transfers will qualify; however, Roshan Digital Account (RDA) transactions are excluded.
- Single Prize Limit: Winners of any prize in a PRRS iteration are ineligible for any further prizes within the same quarterly draw.
- Personnel Exclusion: Directors, officers, and employees of SBP, PBA, 1LINK, and participating banks (as well as personnel directly involved in managing or auditing the scheme) are strictly ineligible.
