Product Manager – Digital Onboarding

Job Description:
  • Crafting and communicating a cohesive product strategy for digital onboarding, local digital services, and Roshan Digital Account aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to drive innovation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, define roadmaps, prioritize features, and create SBP reporting.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and compliance with security measures and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhancing digital onboarding processes, promoting digital accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
Number of positions: 1
Experience: At least 2 – 4 years of work experience with 2 years in banking ideally in management positions.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate – MBA and / or Banking diploma will be preferred.
Location: The Forum, Karachi – Pakistan
