Job Description:
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the branch to ensure Banks overall business objectives.
- Ensures smooth functioning of the Branch with a view to achieve multi-dimensional growth targets within a reasonable time frame and budget.
- Acts as a direct link and interface between customers and management.
- Also has complete people management responsibility.
Number of positions: Multiple
Years of experience: 3-4 years as Branch Manager in Branch Banking
Qualification: Bachelor Degree from a reputable university (Masters will be preferred)
Age: 55 max
