Job Description:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy for digital onboarding and RDA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement, collaborating with development teams to implement digital solutions meeting regulatory requirements, and enhance UX/UI.
- Market research and data analytics inform decision-making, while compliance with relevant standards, including KYC and AML.
- Oversee product roadmap development, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement efforts based on product performance and customer feedback.
- Responsible for Daily and weekly SBP reporting (RDA/BLINK).
- Managing Daily Trackers.
Number of positions: 1
Experience: At least 5-7 years of work experience with 4 years in banking ideally in management positions.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate – MBA and / or Banking diploma will be preferred.
