Job Description:
- Develop strategies and policies for efficient branchless banking/wallet operations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic banking services.
- Manage a team responsible for customer onboarding, transaction processing, corporate payrolls and customer support for branchless banking/wallet operations.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive digital transformation.
- Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to ensure the security and integrity of branchless banking/wallet systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to branchless banking/wallet operations.
- Performing UAT’s for new projects in Branchless Banking and ensure proper testing before providing sign-offs.
Number of positions: 1
Experience: At least 8 – 10 years of work experience. And 5 years’ experience in banking ideally in senior positions.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate – MBA will be preferred.
