Loan to Value (LTV) Ratio: 90:10 (90% financing and 10% equity)
Markup: A flat 5% for the first 10 years. 1 year KIBOR + 3% from the 11th year onwards

Any Pakistani citizen with a valid CNIC is eligible to apply for the scheme.
