Jcash allows our valued walk-in customers to either Top-up or pay their monthly mobile phone bills at any of our retail agent locations through cash. The currently supported Telcos are listed below:

Process
All walk-in customers are required to follow the following process:
- Provide the pre-paid / post-paid mobile number to Jcash agent
- Provide the requisite amount
- Retail Agent creates the transaction and completes
- A confirmation SMS is sent to the mobile number provided for this transaction
