Job Description:
- Drive business growth by ensuring the achievement of Digital Account Opening (BLINK & RDA) targets.
- Monitor service delivery in the center ensuring highly competitive standards as defined in the SOP of the bank.
- Motivating staff for online cross-selling, and monitoring complaint resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Manage human resources through leadership and performance reviews and ensure efficient banking services and customer experience.
- Generate additional business through referrals.
- Managing the operational processes directly with Operations and Product Teams for earliest resolutions.
Number of positions: 1
Experience: At least 5-7 years of work experience with 4 years in banking ideally in management positions.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate – MBA and / or Banking diploma will be preferred.
