Job Description:
The Service Quality Auditor would be assisting the Regional Manager – Branch Services by focusing on evaluation that reflects the customer’s perception of elements of service in Branches, such as Interaction quality, Physical environment quality, and outcome quality to meet & exceed the expectations of customers and improve JS Bank Service Standards for the region(s) / area(s) / branches. He/she will be assigned by the Head of Branch Services & Customer Experience.

Experience: Minimum 03 years relevant experience
Qualification: Graduate from HEC recognized university
